Select 5 LED street lamps with the same specifications, adjust the temperature of the oven, under the conditions of 50 ℃, 80 ℃, 100 ℃, 120 ℃, 150 ℃, under the rated current and constant current conditions as the conditions of constant acceleration, record 5 groups of LEDs All parameters of the reliability test process: light output (illuminance or luminous intensity or luminous flux), test time, current, power, junction temperature, etc., so that the failure life at 25 ℃ is judged to be 70% of the expected life.
